Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@batheandkindle.com. Kindly include your order number, a photo of all items received, a photo of the packaging and the packing slip. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days of placing your order. Under normal circumstances you will receive your package within 5-10 days from placing your order. No guarantees can be made on the exact amount of time it can take to receive your shipment.
We currently do not offer shipping internationally or to U.S Territories. We only ship to the continental US.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
