Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Bathe & Kindle.  We appreciate your business. Currently, we are using USPS Priority or UPS 2-3 Day Shipping for each package.  Your order is shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order.  Under normal circumstances you will receive your package within 5-10 days from placing your order. No guarantees can be made on the exact amount of time it can take to receive your shipment.  

Once you receive a tracking number for your package, that is an indication that the package has been shipped.

Once the tracking number indicates that the package has been confirmed "delivered" to the address you indicated on your order, Bathe & Kindle is no longer responsible for the package.  We cannot search for or replace any packages that have been scanned by USPS or UPS as delivered.  We are a small business and are unable to be responsible for packages stolen from the address provided. 

If the shipping service indicates that the package is lost and the tracking number indicates that the package was not delivered, Bathe & Kindle will gladly ship a new package.

If you did not receive your package and the tracking number indicates that it was delivered, you must contact your local post office or UPS that delivers to your specific location to find out the whereabouts of your package.

International Orders and U.S. Territories

We currently do not offer shipping internationally or to U.S Territories. We only ship to the continental US.
