Once an order is shipped, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.  However, we do guarantee the quality of our products. Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt.  If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@batheandkindle.com. Kindly include your order number, a photo of all items received, a photo of the packaging and the packing slip. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
